We are looking for a creative and reliable people in the following locations:
  • Houston, TX
  • San Jose, CA
  • New York, NY
  • Boston, MA – South Shore and Metro Boston
  • Northern New Jersey (Sussex Co., Morris Co.)
  • Miami/Ft. Lauderdale, FL

*Some sales experience is required to be a LILL on Location rep.

Our LILL On Location Representative responsibilities:
  • Market our product and schedule parties based on their availability in areas that are within reasonable driving distance
  • Present our original handbag styles and ever-changing fabrics to customers and help them design their own one-of-a-kind LILL bag (this is the fun part!)
  • Reps receive a percentage of sales earned from parties
  • There is no start-up fee to become a LILL On Location Representative
Additional LILL On Location program information:
  • We handpick each representative who joins our program after an extensive interview process
  • We place a great emphasis on finding the right person for the position, someone who can successfully fulfill the responsibilities of being a LILL rep
  • We do not participate in a pyramid scheme
  • We provide training for each rep at our Chicago headquarters
  • LILL On Location Representatives are independent sales reps whose compensation is based solely on commission earned through approved sales of our product
  • Each representative is expected to consistently reach monthly sales goals
  • Working as a LILL On Location Representative is a part- to full-time position. Some sales experience is required
  • Parties typically last around 2 1/2 hours
