In-store Parties
Q: How do I book a party?
A: You can request a party date on-line, in store, or by calling your LILL On Location Rep.
Q: Is there a cost to have a party?
A: No. There is no charge to use the space.
Q: What is the price range?
A: Accessories range from $26-$58 and handbags range from $62-$200.
Q: Does it cost more to customize?
A: No, it is the same price for a ready-made or a custom bag. Also, price is based on style, not fabrics.
Q: Will we be able to purchase ready-made items at my party?
A: Yes, ready-made items are available for purchase in our stores.
Q: When will my custom order be ready?
A: Custom orders take 3 weeks and can be shipped via FedEx($9) or picked up in-store.
Q: Does LILL have invitations I can use?
A: Yes. Click here for invitation options.
Q: Can I have food and beverages during my party?
A: After-hours events may have light food and beverages. Please contact the store for details.
Q: What are your store hours and locations?
A: Information on all locations can be found here.
Q: How often do you get new fabrics in?
A: The stores and LILL on Location reps get shipments with new fabrics at least twice a month.
Q: Can I bring in my own fabric?
A: Unfortunately, we are unable to accomodate these requests. Orders must come from our pre-tested fabric selections.
Q: Do I pay for my custom bag at the party?
A: Yes. Full payment is due at time of order. You may pay by credit card or cash in our stores.
Q: What do I receive for hosting a party?
A: Party hostesses receive a discount on their party purchase based on the number of items sold during their party. Click here to view hostess discount levels. In addition, we have a Hostess Referral Reward program that benefits both new a referring hostesses.
Q: How does the bridal discount work?
A: We offer brides a 10% discount off her total purchase if she purchases 5 or more bags of the same style or combination. This discount cannot be used in combination with the Hostess Discount.
Q: Can I get my order rushed?
A: No. All orders are processed as quickly and efficiently as possible in the order in which they come in. There are no exceptions for this rule.
Q: Are LILL Bags made in the USA?
A: Yes, all LILL bags are manfactured by us in our Chicago based production and headquarters facility.

A: We try to make sure that there is as little discrepancy between the fabric selections online, at our stores and at LILL on Location parties as possible, however, sometimes a rep may not have all the fabrics that our stores carry.
