Where to redeem your gift certificate:
All gift certificates can be redeemed online, at any of our retail locations, or during LILL on Location at-home parties.

Expiration Dates
Our gift certificates do not expire.

Gift Certificates are not cash redeemable
Gift Certificates may only be redeemed for 1154 LILL merchandise and do not have a cash value outside this use. The only way in which Gift Certificates are similar to cash is in the fact that we are unable to look up or redeem lost ones.

Returns/Refunds for Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

Electronic Gift Certificates
This it is something that we are working on, but don’t currently offer. At this time our gift certificates are created from cute and colorful 1154 LILL STUDIO stationary which looks similar to the gift certificate icon located at the top of every page on our website.

Shipping
Free Shipping (Default): To ship your Gift Certificate for Free through the US Mail, choose “Gift Certificate Shipping” from the “Shipping Method” drop-down list during check-out. Please note that the US Mail typically takes between 1-7 days and is neither track-able nor guaranteed.

For Faster and track-able delivery: You may choose to ship your gift certificate via UPS Ground, 2nd Day or Next Day Air for a fee. This method is track-able and will better guarantee delivery by a specific date. Shipping via UPS is recommended when shipping last minute gifts for the Holidays, Birthdays, etc.

Lost gift certificates
We apologize that we are not able to look-up or guarantee redemption on lost gift certificates. As we do not require the gift certificate purchaser to give us information on the intended recipient, there is no way to “look you up” in our system. We do want everyone to be able to use their gift certificates and will try our best to locate lost gift certificate numbers using the information provided by the purchaser. However, again, we do not guarantee that we will be able to find the information or allow redemption on lost gift certificates.

Redemption code
You may easily redeem a gift certificate online by entering the longer of the two codes which begins with a letter after the / and is located in the bottom right corner of your gift certificate

For example: If your gift certificate number is 1234/ M11111T555 you would enter the M11111T555 that follows the back slash. Please email customercare@1154lill.com or call 773.292.6310 x 3660 with any questions you may have about redeeming your gift certificate online.

A credit card is required to redeem gift certificates online
A credit card number is required during checkout for all purchases for authentication by our “shopping cart” check-out process (even if your total is covered by the gift certificate). Even though a credit card number is required, each order is manually verified at our headquarters office prior to processing and the value of your gift certificate will be appropriately credited to your transaction. Unless there is a remaining balance not covered by your gift certificate your credit card will not be charged. Please be assured that your information is being sent through a secure site and your information is encrypted and protected.

Remaining balance on gift certificate
Any amount left on the gift certificate under $5 will be given back in cash. If the remaining amount is over $5 a merchandise credit will be issued and sent to you along with your receipt reflecting the new amount. Merchandise credits are redeemable online, at all retail locations, or during LILL on Location at-home parties.
