Colors
& tones of fabrics online
The pictures of fabrics
and bags that you see on our website are photographs we’ve
taken of each individual bag and fabric. The colors and
tones that you see on your screen may vary slightly from
the physical fabric depending on the ambient light in the
room the tilt of your monitor, and color and contrast settings
of your computer. Every effort has been made to ensure that
our photographs are color balanced correctly and show bags
as they appear in person. We carefully write our descriptions
to reinforce the same standard. Since custom
orders are non-returnable and because we want you to
be completely satisfied with your purchase of a custom-designed
or ready-made LILL Bag we urge you to contact
us if you have any questions at all regarding any of
the fabrics, colors, and textures, or are unsure of any
aspect of your bag. Our web specialist can be reached by

Other
fabric choices
Only fabrics that are currently being offered on our fabric
palette can be used when creating your custom
bag. If you’ve seen a fabric before but
do not currently see it on the fabric palette, this means
that we have run out of that fabrics and will be replacing
it with a new selection soon. If you don’t see a fabric
that you absolutely love please keep checking back as we
update our selections almost weekly! Please note that fabrics
shown on a ready-made
bag are not available to create your own custom
bag unless they appear on the fabric palette.
Using
your own fabrics
To ensure the utmost in quality, durability and design,
we only use and warrant those fabrics which we have carefully
selected and currently offer thru our stores. home party
reps and website. We update our assortment almost weekly
to offer a wide variety of colors, textures, and patterns
to fit all different styles and personalities and to make
certain that each LILL Bag is truly a one-of-a-kind!
Changes
to ready-made bags
In order to satisfy the need for immediate gratification
and ensure prompt delivery we offer ready-made bags for
sale on our website. The bags under this “ready-made”
category (available through the shop
our bags page) have already been created and are not
currently available to customize or change. However, we
do offer the ability to custom create a one-of-a-kind LILL
Bag from scratch! Simply visit the Custom
Order page for details.
“Warning:
Page Expired” message
Many of the
pages on our site are dynamically generated, meaning that
they are created “new” - specifically based
upon requests you have made. Therefore, there may be times
that the website doesn’t believe there are any “previous”
pages to the one you just “created” and will
give you this message when you hit the “back”
button. To avoid getting this message, choose the underlined
links or provided buttons to move back and forth between
pages instead.
Catalogs
We actually consider our website our catalog! We have brand
new ready-made
bag combinations and fabric choices for custom
orders available almost every week. We only create a
few of each combination, which means bags sell out quickly,
but are replaced by new combinations just as fast. Our niche
concept makes a traditional printed catalog hard to do –
it would be outdated before it made it off the press!

Return
Policy
Online Handbag Purchases: We
accept unused ready-made merchandise purchased online for
exchange or credit refund within 14 days of purchase date
when accompanied by original receipt. A $10 return handling
fee will apply and shipping is non-refundable. Return instructions
will be included with shipment of online purchase. Custom
orders placed in-store, online, or during a
Fabric by the yard purchases: We accept unused, un-cut LILL by the Yard fabric purchased for exchange or credit refund within 14 days of receipt of shipment. Return must be accompanied by original receipt. We are not able to accept cut yardage. Shipping is non-refundable.
Local
LILL at-home party are considered final sales and MAY
NOT be returned. If you have further questions about returning
a ready-made item purchased online please email customercare@1154lill.com.

In-Store
Purchases: Ready-made items purchased in-store
may be exchanged or returned for store credit ONLY and only
within 14 days of purchase and when accompanied by original
or gift receipt. Custom orders placed in-store, online,
or during a Local
LILL at-home party are considered final sales and MAY
NOT be returned.
Privacy
Policy
We neither sell nor share your information with outside
companies or third parties. When you purchase from our online
store, we collect your name, billing and shipping addresses,
phone number, e-mail address, and credit card information.
You provide this information so we can process and ship
your order. We respect your privacy by not selling or sharing
this information.
We do encourage you to sign-up
for our mailing list.
These emails provide you with advanced notice of sales,
new merchandise, and other events. But, of course, you have
the freedom to add or remove your name from our list at
any time.
Securing
credit card information
Your credit card information is safe when you shop on our
website. When you input your credit card number at checkout
our Secure Socket Layer technology encrypts your number
along with your other order information and sends it to
us through a secure server. This website uses a Secure Socket
Layer provided by VeriSign and you can check the security
of your connection during checkout. Look for the unbroken
key or closed lock at the bottom of your browser window
which indicates SSL is active.

Discounts
Any discount, whether it is part of a special promotion
or purchased with a gift certificate, will not be shown
on the check out screen but will be taken off when your
order is processed at our headquarters. This is reflected
on both the receipt you will receive and your credit card
statement (if applicable).
Sales
tax
Sales tax is based on tax rates for your taxing jurisdiction.
We collect applicable taxes for sales to the following states:
AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IA, IN, IL, KS, KY, MA, MD, MI, MN,
MO, NC, ND, NE, NJ, NY, OH, OK, PA, RI, SD, TN, VT, WI, and
WV. Your initial on-line confirmation receipt will not reflect
sales tax. Applicable taxes will be added when your order
is processed at our headquarters and will be documented
on the receipt you receive with your order.
Shipping
We ship all of our handbags via UPS and all gift certificates
are shipped through regular US mail unless otherwise specified.
