Web Developer / Enterprise Applications Support Associate

Applicant will be responsible for new feature development and enhancements to existing front and back-end applications (design, development, testing, and maintenance, etc) using multiple languages and tools. Applicant will facilitate and create solutions to support ecommerce environments consisting of both web sites and enterprise applications.

Qualifications:
- 2-5 years experience in ASP.NET/SQL programming
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with heavy user interaction/conference calls
- Organizational and time-management skills to balance multiple issues at the same time
- Ability to work with little supervision in a fast-paced environment to meet
set deadlines
Required Skill Set :
- Advanced to Expert -ASP/.NET
- Moderate to Advanced SQL Server 2000/ADO including advanced queries, joins, stored procedures, DTS, Replication, etc
- .Net (C#)
- Expert in html

- Moderate to Advanced CSS
- Working knowledge of XML
- IIS/Windows Server 2003 knowledge

Required Experience :
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent from a four-year college or university, or equivalent experience required
- Three or more years programming experience
- Three or more years experience with web development

1154 LILL Studio, a Chicago based handbag and accessory manufacturer and retailer, is seeking a summer intern for the E-commerce division of our company. We operate 2 boutiques, a national sales rep program and an ecommerce website – www.1154LILL.com. We are looking for a bright and enthusiastic intern with a keen interest in both business and fashion, to work directly with our Web Store Manager. This unpaid internship is a great opportunity for someone to see the inner workings of a fast-paced fashion business and gain valuable experience. What’s in it for you: Learn the inner workings of a custom retailer by assisting our Web Store Manager in all aspects of the e-commerce division. During your internship, you will be exposed to the day-to-day events of our dynamic, fast-paced industry. Business exposures include customer service, store operations, inventory, visual merchandising, marketing, and social media.

Marketing Intern – College Student Campaign
We are 1154 LILL Studio, the original custom handbag company, and we are seeking creative & resourceful intern to successfully create and lead a comprehensive marketing campaign to introduce 1154 LILL Studio to the college market. This is a unique opportunity to make your mark on a project from start to finish.
Working as a marketing intern on this project, you will not only gain valuable real-world experience, you will also be exposed to a variety of fields including advertising, copywriting, web and graphic design, direct marketing, print production, social media and public relations.

Responsibilities include:
- Work alongside business owner, vice president and other company leaders to create and execute a multi-faceted marketing campaign directed at college students across the country.
- Execute direct-mail sample program geared towards sorority and campus group leaders
- Build and maintain database of contacts thru online research and social media outreach
- Conceptualize and carry out contest or promotional ideas to coordinate with campaign
- Design and maintain social media campaign to coordinate with on-the-ground promotional efforts.
- Coordinate on-campus information and product sampling distribution
- Write creative copy for marketing collateral including email blasts, direct mail, web pages and more.
- Attend, participate in and even lead creative development meetings regarding campaign.
- Work within campaign timeline to ensure relevant, timely coordination of efforts
- Create plan for next-steps of campaign after internship is over
- Provide feedback in planning process as we develop college-specific products.
- Provide general administrative support and other miscellaneous duties as assigned

Internet Marketing Intern – Social Media & Ecommerce Enhancement
We are 1154 LILL Studio, the original custom handbag company, and we are seeking savvy, socially-networked interns to add to the success of our online presence utilizing best practices of search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), pay per click ad creation and management (PPC) and social media optimization (SMO).
Working as an internet marketing intern you will not only gain valuable real-world experience, you will also be exposed to a variety of areas within his dynamic small business including marketing, e-commerce, business development, product development, and web and graphic design.

Responsibilities include:
- Research and report on opportunities for growth thru social media outlets
- Conduct a social media profile analysis of other handbag companies
- Write weekly blog post on experiences as an intern for 1154 LILL
- Build and submit regular product data feeds to shopping comparison sites/engines
- Create and manage a Google Adwords campaign thru-out internship utilizing multiple ad variations and keywords. Report on success and findings on a weekly basis as well as at the end of the internship
- Build RSS reader or similar to capture relevant company references across social media platforms
- Increase search optimization by submitting content and links to targeted list of sites
- Collaborate on ad design for banner ads/blog ads
- Provide SWOT analysis of LILL’s current internet marketing efforts
- Maintain online customer referral program applications
