A: No. There is no charge to use our store space. The costs are based on what handbags and/or accessories you purchase at the party

A: Accessories range from $18-$75 and handbags range from $66-$225.

A: No, it is the same price for a ready-made or a custom bag. Also, price is based on the style, not fabrics.

A: Yes, a wonderful selection of ready-made items are available for purchase in our stores.

A: Custom orders take 3 weeks and can be shipped via FedEx or picked up in-store for no charge.

A: The stores get shipments with stunning new fabrics at least 1-2 times per month.

A: Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate these requests. Orders must come from our pre-tested fabric selections.

A: Yes. Full payment is due at time of order. You may pay by credit card or cash in our stores. Please note, we do not accept checks.

A: No. All orders are processed as quickly and efficiently as possible in the order in which they come in. There are no exceptions for this rule.

A: All LILL items are cut and sewn in Chicago, IL. You can feel good about your purchase knowing it was made by an independent, woman-owned, USA based company. Every LILL item is crafted individually for each of our customers. We know you put a lot of care and effort into selecting your bag and we put just as much care and effort into making it for you.

A: Our reps typically get shipments with new fabrics every two to three weeks. LILL works hard to keep our fabrics fresh and varied throughout the season so that our customers have lots of variety. Getting fabrics just once a season or twice a year would be boring!

A: Ready-made items are available for purchase in our stores or online. They are not currently available for purchase at LILL on Location parties.

A: The length of time a fabric stays in our inventory varies depending upon its seasonality, popularity, and availability. Your rep can tell you more about specific fabrics at the party.

A: The majority of the fabrics you see online will be available at the party. The rep will probably have some the website doesn’t have and vice versa. If there is a fabric online you are interested in, ask your rep to check on its availability for you.

A: We try to have some eco-friendly fabrics in our collection at all times. These might be fabrics made from post-consumer recycled materials or dyed with organic dyes. The fabric content information can be found on each swatch at the party.

A: All bag and accessory items ship approximately 3-1/2 weeks after the party date. In stock LILL By The Yard orders ship within a week of being placed.

A: Yes! There are no catalogs or swatch books at LILL parties – you get the full LILL experience, just like in our stores! Our Reps bring a sample of every available bag style and a large swatch of all the available fabrics to every party. You’ll be able to try on the bags, feel the fabrics, and really be a part of the design process.

A: Yes, your LILL Rep will take payment for your bag at the party. We accept ONLY CREDIT CARD payment at parties. No cash or personal checks.

A: You can talk to your LILL Rep at the party you attend, view our “Find a Rep” page, use our party request form, or call 773.696.3714 to request a rep contact you.

A: Yes, you can order online at any time. If you would like your friend to get credit for your order, you’ll need to make sure to give her your order to turn in at her party. Email her your selections and she can give it to the Rep for you.

A: Sure! Co-hosting is a great way to get a larger group together to attend. And, if you have a larger group, you and your co-host will have a larger Hostess Discount to share!

A: We have several available options here or you can get creative and make your own. You should definitely send out an invitation of some sort and not rely solely on word of mouth to get your guests to come.

A: Of course! Go ahead and whip up your favorite recipe!

A: You and your friends should expect to have a good time! LILL parties are creative, interactive and fun. They are low-pressure and NEVER feature a recruitment speech. 

You will have the chance to see and feel all the fabrics, play with the bag samples, and share your design ideas with each other.  Our Reps know you are there to design a bag and enjoy being with each other and they arrive ready to help you with that. 

Other items to be aware of:

• Reps accept only credit card payment. No cash or personal checks.
• Fabrics and styles are always changing so even if you have been to a LILL party once before you should make sure to come again and see what’s new!
• Don’t be scared of designing! Your LILL Rep is there to help you and your friends will probably offer opinions, too.

A: Party hostesses receive a discount on their party purchase based on the total dollars sold. Click here to view hostess discount levels.

A: Yes. Get your friend's order and credit card information. Her purchase will count towards the total dollars sold. If she places it online ahead of time or after the party we do not have a way to link that order to your party and provide you with credit for it.
