About our Gift Certificates
1154 LILL Gift Certificates are the perfect gift for everyone on your list. You choose the amount. They choose their favorite LILL product. You are a hero! All gift certificates can be redeemed online, at any of our retail locations, or during LILL on Location at-home parties. We offer the option of either an electronic gift certificate (EGC) or a printed hard copy gift certificate (HGC). Ordering either product is simple!

EGC’s may be ordered online and are sent free of charge via email. Upon ordering an EGC, you will receive an order acknowledgement email letting you know we have received your order. The actual EGC complete with GC # and value will then be sent to YOUR email address by the end of the next business day. Just print it and give it or simply forward it to the recipient of your choice. Click here to see an example of our EGC.

HGC’s may be ordered online or purchased in our stores. When you place an ONLINE order for an HGC, you will receive BOTH an emailed version of this Gift Certificate FOLLOWED by a printed hard copy version via the FedEx shipping method of your choice. Upon ordering a HGC, you will receive an order acknowledgement email letting you know we have received your order. By the end of the next business day you will receive an EGC email complete with the GC# and value. Standard shipping charges apply to all orders under $150. Gift Certificate Terms and Conditions

•	Discounts cannot be applied to gift certificate purchases. If other merchandise is included in your order, coupon value will only apply to merchandise items.
•	Sales tax will not be applied to gift certificate purchases. If other merchandise is included in your order, sales tax will only apply to other merchandise items.
•	1154 LILL Studio gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be transferred, exchanged or resold and cannot be redeemed for cash.
•	1154 LILL Studio will not be responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.

Redeeming Online
You may easily redeem a gift certificate online by entering the gift certificate number listed on your card or EGC email. If your gift certificate number is a series of numbers divided by a backslash (ie. 12345 / M11111T555), you only need to enter the 10 numbers listed in back of the slash (M11111T555). If your gift certificate number includes any letters, these letters MUST be entered in ALL CAPS.
If you have a remaining balance on your gift certificate after redeeming online, you will receive a new E- gift certificate for the remaining value sent via email by the end of the next business day.
