Q: What is 1154 LILL Studio?
A: We are the original custom handbag company – established in Chicago in 1999. We offer “design your own” handbags, totes, accessories and more online, in our stores and thru our team of LILL on Location reps who offer handbag-design parties across the country. Of course, we also offer ready-made designs for those that just can’t wait the three weeks it takes for a custom design to be individually tailored in Chicago. We’ve been featured in magazines, newspapers and TV shows, but we’re most proud of the fact that we have thousands and thousands of loyal repeat fans who “Love their LILL!”.
Q: Which items are valid to buy with my Groupon?
A:The value of your Groupon voucher will be taken off of the product price and does not apply to tax or shipping. Valid items for purchase include all regular priced, non-gift certificate and non-exempt items. Exemptions will be noted on the groupon offer you purchase. You may custom-order a LILL Bag from our Design a Bag page or choose a ready-made product from our Shop Our Collection page. You may not use your Groupon voucher with any other offers, discounts, sales or coupons and you must use it in one visit, for one order. Please note that if you purchase an item that is less than the value of your voucher, you will not receive any cash back. In essence, you forfeit the balance of your voucher.
Q: What can I get for $50 or $60 at LILL?
A: All of our products are priced by style – making a custom-order the same price as a ready-made bag of the same style. Our products range in price from $26 for a new BETSY ID holder (other Accessories priced similarly) to $210 for a PAULA weekender bag. Most of our everyday handbags range from $79 - $162 and some of our favorites are: CHARLOTTE ($79), GRACE ($86), NIKKI ($120), ANDI ($140) and our new LEXIE ($152).

Q: Can I buy multiple Groupons?
A: Yes! We’d love for you to purchase multiple Groupons – either for yourself or to give as gifts! However, please note that only one Groupon may be used at a time and only one per transaction. They may not be used with any other offers, discounts or promotions and are not valid on sale items, exempt items or gift certificates.
Q: Can I use my Groupon at a Handbag Party?
A: At this time, we do not allow Groupon voucher redemption at our LILL on Location Handbag Parties. If your Groupon is valid for use in-store, you may redeem it on a purchase made during an in-store handbag party.
Q: Can I use my Groupon with the Online Pick of the Week Deal?
A: No, Groupons cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, sales, or coupons, including the Online Pick of the Week.
Q: If I purchased a Groupon that said it was valid in-store only – can I use it online?
A: No. We apologize, but only those Groupons with a specific “online redemption” note may be redeemed on our website. If you have a “store” Groupon you can visit our Chicago or Boston boutiques or contact them via phone or email to place your order and redeem your Groupon. Q: How do I redeem my Groupon?
A: To redeem your “online redemption” Groupon, simply type the full Groupon Voucher ID number in the “Promo Code” box towards the bottom of the screen in the Shopping Cart. Include the dash and the number after the dash (example: 1234567-1). You should see the discount amount reflected on-screen after hitting the “apply” button to the right of the Promo Code box. To redeem your store Groupon, simply bring a printout of your voucher in to our Chicago or Boston boutiques.

Q: Whoops! I let my Groupon expire – what now?
A: After the published expiration date of your Groupon offer, you can still redeem your Groupon for the value you originally paid. Therefore, if you paid $25 (for a $50 Groupon offer, for instance) – you don’t lose that $25. You can redeem your Groupon voucher and apply that $25 towards your purchase.
