LILL is an interactive, experiential retail concept that encourages customers to express their individuality while creating lasting memories with friends and family – all around the collaborative design of handbags and accessories. Our LILL on Location Program allows our stylists to bring that same concept to life throughout the country by bringing the store experience directly to clients. At LILL we pride ourselves on being the low-key home party concept. No matter where our clients shop with us we want them to receive effortless and exceptional service without any pressure. Our number one goal is for clients to have a great time and create something they will adore for years to come. There is no pyramid scheme, no tricks or pressuring our stylists to ‘sell’, just genuine women who are passionate about the brand and running their own successful LILL business.

You have unlimited earning potential.

No costs what so ever (Aside from attending a one-time training in Chicago).
You are given and responsible for a kit (valued at $4,000) to use for free during your tenure with the brand.
Earn a Stylist Discount of any item at 50% off each month to use for yourself or to market your business.
Monthly and quarterly incentive contests offered.

REQUIREMENTS

Must be able to transport product to and from events (estimated 35 lbs).
Daily internet access, email and online capabilities required.
Willing to commit a minimum of 1 year.
Must utilize networking skills and personality to develop new business leads.
Ability to anticipate client needs and aim to exceed them.
Have the ability and confidence to style others and speak in large groups.
Must possess a passion for fashion and comfortably offer feedback and suggestions.
Cover your own costs to attend a day and a half Friday/Saturday training in Chicago.
Must consistently deliver $1,000 minimum monthly sales.
Market the product in strategic ways to appeal to potential groups in your area.
A positive outlook, magnetic energy and strategic mindset.
Have the creativity, drive and persistence to develop and market your own business.
Ability to multi-task, fulfill promises and respond to clients in a timely manner.
Customer service and/or direct sales experience are a plus.
Actively seek opportunities to introduce the product and create brand awareness in your area.
Provide friendly, hands on customer service before, during and after events.
Be fair, ethical and confidential with sensitive client information.
Must effectively manage your schedule to accommodate monthly goals and clients requests.
Be able to present the brand with pride, while upholding brand standards.
Must regularly maintain your style and fabric inventory as availability changes regularly.
This role is independently contracted and qualifying candidates will receive a 1099 at year end.
