EXCHANGES AND REPAIRS
We want you to love your LILL, that’s why we take the time to carefully inspect each one-of-a-kind piece to see that you do. Upon receiving, we ask that you do the same within 7 days. If you are not pleased with your purchase within the specifications listed below, we will gladly accept unused merchandise (with original hangtags attached) and offer you a merchandise credit for the original price paid less any applicable processing or shipping fees as outlined below. Please note beyond our order cancellation policy, we do not offer refunds of any kind, regardless of circumstance. For more information, please email Exchanges@1154LILL.com.
||If you wish to cancel an order you may do so by midnight (Central Time) of the date of purchase for a full refund that may take up to 7-10 business days to post.
||Exchanges for custom orders must be post marked or returned to a location near you within 45 days of the original order date and are subsequently refused thereafter.
||An additional $8.00 processing fee will be deducted from each custom-designed item exchanged.
||Items mailed in outside of the terms listed above are subject to return shipping fees and are subject to donation within 30 days thereafter.
READY MADE PURCHASES
||Ready-made purchases may be exchanged within 14 days of the original date of purchase for exchange or credit toward a future purchase.
||LILL on Sale, Sample Sale, Gift Certificates, fabrics sold by the yard, shipping and processing fees are non-refundable and may not be exchanged at any time.
If you experience damage, due to normal wear and tear, to any item within one year of the original order date, we will gladly repair it, free of charge. Damage incurred beyond one year is subject to our capabilities and may incur additional fees including cost of repair, tax and shipping. Repairs are not available on discontinued styles after one year of purchase. For all questions regarding repairs and eligibility, please contact Repairs@1154LILL.com prior to visiting store locations or sending back products via mail. Return shipping fees may apply.
Due to the custom nature of our products, we are unable to offer universal care instructions for each fabric combination. We do however strongly encourage pre-treating your LILL with fabric spray that acts as a barrier against future stains. LILL Studio is not responsible for damage due to misuse, machine washing or dry cleaning.
Price adjustments will be offered on a one-time basis to any full-priced purchase made within 7 days of becoming a LILL on Sale item. Products temporarily discounted due to promotional pricing are not considered eligible nor will we exchange for the same item for the difference in promotional value and are unable to honor discounts to previous purchases retroactively. Upon request, any eligible price adjustment will be credited to the original form of payment or a credit may be requested for future use. This may take up to 7-10 business days to appear on your credit card.
American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa are widely accepted. Our store locations may also accept cash. All purchases must be accompanied by a photo ID. LILL Studio Gift Certificates do not expire and may be used on any product sold. Shop-A-Ganza! and other voucher coupons may be redeemed for full value until the expiration date and as a credit toward the value paid thereafter.

The pictures of fabrics and bags that you see on our website are photographs we’ve taken of each individual bag and fabric. The colors and tones that you see on your screen may vary slightly from the physical fabric depending on the ambient light in the room, the tilt of your monitor and/or the color or contrast settings of your computer. Every effort has been made to ensure that our photographs are color balanced correctly and show bags as they appear in person. We carefully write our descriptions to reinforce the same standard. Only fabrics that are currently being offered on our fabric palette can be used when creating your custom bag. If you’ve seen a fabric before but do not currently see it on the fabric palette, this means that we have run out of that fabric and will be replacing it with a new selection soon. We update our selections frequently! Please note that fabrics shown on a ready-made bag are not always available to create your own custom bag.

We update our assortment frequently to offer a wide variety of colors, textures, and patterns to fit a range of different styles and tastes and to make certain that each LILL Bag is truly a one-of-a-kind!

We offer a wide selection of ready-made bags. The bags under this “readymade” category (available through the shop our collection page) have already been created and cannot be modified. However, we offer the ability to custom create a one-of-a-kind LILL Bag from scratch! Simply visit the Custom Order page for details.

Many of the pages on our site are dynamically generated, meaning that they are created “new” - specifically based upon requests you have made. Therefore, there may be times when the website doesn’t believe there are any “previous” pages to the one you just “created” and will give you this message when you hit the “back” button. To avoid getting this message, choose the underlined links or provided buttons to move back and forth between pages instead.

bag combinations and fabric choices for custom
orders available almost every week. We only create a
few of each combination, which means bags sell out quickly,
but are replaced by new combinations just as fast. Our custom
concept makes a traditional printed catalogs difficult to create –
it would be outdated before it made it off the press!

When you purchase from our online store, we collect your name, billing and shipping addresses, phone number, e-mail address, and credit card information. You provide this information so we can process and ship your order. We respect your privacy by not selling or sharing this information.

Your credit card information is safe when you shop on our website. When you input your credit card number at checkout our Secure Socket Layer technology encrypts your number along with your other order information and sends it to us through a secure server. Look for the unbroken key or closed lock at the bottom of your browser window which indicates SSL is active. All purchases are billed to your credit card upon placement of your order online.
