We expand our LILL on Location handbag party program and now bring the LILL Experience into homes and offices by means of over 65 LILL-loving representatives across the country. We gather the Lill On Location group together in August, bringing them back to our Chicago headquarters for our 2nd annual “Lillapalooza” event where we share ideas, gather feedback and generally have a great time together! As the event coincides with our 9-year anniversary, the reps join store and HQ/production team members for an anniversary party at owner Jennifer Velarde’s home.

Exciting additions to our product line-up this year include the HADLEY slouchy bag (named for Jen’s infant daughter), the SUSAN baby bag and the MADDIE, AUDREY and JANE – a mix and match wristlet and strap set. Springtime springs out messenger style SOPHIE along with JACK/JILL (diaper case and changing pad), and our JASMINE pillow to close out our fabulous styles of 2008.

In other news, we launch a new Handbag Party Hostess Referral program in early Summer and launch the Studio Card in August to celebrate our 9th anniversary with savings for customers every month thru the end of the year. In September, we open our doors to the public and host our very 1st Sample Sale at headquarters in Chicago. The Sample Sale is an amazing success saving customers 50%-75% off on sample bags and discontinued styles. Tours throughout our manufacturing center are also organized to show customers just how their bags are created from the moment they place their order to the process of cutting, sewing, quality assurance and shipping. Every LILL bag is unique and individually tailored to your exact specifications. We love seeing all of your one-of-a-kind creations!
